We were shocked when we drove up that it was Mickey's Café. We had moved out of the area over 3 years ago and this was our first time back in town to visit Bill & Leah's. We were hesitant to step in for for the fear that the food would not be as good anymore. However, we decided to go in since with drove an hour to get here. To our relief everything looked to be the same on the inside. The staff also was friendly and I'm happy to report that the food is as good as ever. Their prices also are great for the portions they give you. The highlight of our experience is when we got to order our ice cream. It was as good as we remembered it. Only it was better because we've not had it in so long! Good job Mickey's in keeping up the good legacy of Billy and Leah's.

Locally owned and operated fast order grill and ice cream. Best place for ice cream there is. Very large single scoop is usually about $1 with large selection. BLT with egg is a great sandwhich. Ususally busy, may have trouble finding a table at meal times.

Absolutely, Handsdown, THE WORST place in Kernersville to eat! Will Never go back! Food was fair at best. Service was non-existent, and when I complained it was like I had no clue what service was about.
