The service is slow and the people lacking in good attitudes. The food is usually cold when you get it after waiting as long as 15 minutes to get a small order. Then if complain to the cashier; they are RUDE. When they remodeled we thought the service would be better but if you can believe it ; the service is worse.

I am still trying to contact this Mcdonalds because of the very POOR service that I received. I just wanted to call the restaurant to let them know that my Whole Order was wrong and because I have Not been able to EVEN find a WORKING telephone number has gotten me Very Upset! Maybe the Number is as the recording say Disconected or changed has to do with the custumers Not being happy and calling ALOT! I have tried calling the number for the ***Manager 1-800-838-0481 Ext 1457 but when you try it just cuts off! The store # 6478 The Order # 325 I started off by just wanting them to know that my order was wrong but now I want to tell SOMEONE about my experience in the resturant. (even about the 5-8 people running around up front, only 2 cahs registers and the ones running around trying to FIND the CASHIERS SHOE that has been hidden under a counter so she was running around with only 1 shoe on taking care of the clients! (needledd to say she is the friendliest one that works in that place)!!!

They do not know how to get an order right untill you tell them 3 times. This in not a good way to keep busness. the fries were cold when i got then and the container was only half full.
