I live very close to this McDonald (Washington Blvd and MLK, Beaumont, Texas) and it is the only one I go too. I don't usually complain but today I went to this McDonald and they did not even have napkins to give to customers. You want customers to buy your product but you have no napkins to clean your kids hands. No ketchup. That did it! A restaurant of this caliber should not run out of items like this. It is a busy restaurant. This store service is ridiculous. Always short handed. Drive through always around the store and service is so slow because short handed with workers. Is this store treated like this bc of the area it is in. There is frequent change in management. You get to know managers, then they are gone. Do you give this bad service in the Westend McDonald? Maybe I should travel over their and see. This store needs much improvement when it comes to customer and it must be corporate problems bc they supplies stores.
