Dear Manager/Corporation,
Over the years, my associates have spent many enjoyable hours (not to mention a fair amount of money) at your restaurant. So I was all the more shocked by my incredibly disappointing experience on 02/18/12 Time was beween 9:00 pm and 9:30 pm
Here's what happened: As I entered the drive-thru, I placed two seperate orders. One was one double cheese burger, a small fry, and a carmel sundae. The other was a Mcdouble and a medium coke. As I approached the first window to pay, I asked to add a small fry to the burger and medium coke. As we proceeded on to collect thte order, I checked the bag and noticed that I did not have my burger. I asked the window attendent where was my burger, she then informed me I did not order a burger. At this time, I had informed her what I had ordered at the drive-thru; One small burger and one medium coke. at this time she called her manger to the window, she was african american, bright complesion lady with a rude and bad attuitde. As I tried to explain to her what was going on, she raised her voice at me as if I was a child. as I stopped her to let her know I do not work for, she worked for me. her argurment with went on for about 7-10 seconds. One of the employees stood beside her and pointed out to her that the girl who originally took my order had simply took off the burger. All I was asking for was a burger, that's all. The manger remained standing their yelling out the drive-thru window, all I wanted to do was pay for my burger. I still wonder why would she raised her voice at a paying coustumer. Come to find out, she have one of many complaints toward her attuitude toward her coustmers. In this type of business you have to be an peoples person, and she's not. I'm sure you will agree this is not acceptable, especially in a restaurant with this reputation, atmosphere, and cost.
I certainly hope that some kind of staff change or other uncommon occurrence is to blame. Please contact me to explain the circumstances so that I can decide whether to return to your establishment, and if I will continue to recommend it to people I know.
