Our country, Peru, is located in the Western Coast of South America. Our cuisine is considered one of the most diverse of the world, because it has the influence and flavors of four continents. Lima, the capital, has been declared the "Gastronomic Capital of the Americas".

There are 84 ecosystems in Peru out of the 104 that exist in the world, making our ingredients and dishes as varied as the imagination can be. It is impossible to list entirely this variety of traditional dishes. Along the Peruvian coast itself, there are more than 2,000 different types of soups and more than 250 traditional desserts. It is sure to say that there is something special for everyone, even the most hard to please palates.
