Restaurant Description

Award winning Maison Martinique Restaurant features fine French cuisine with a Caribbean flair in Vero Beach's most beautiful setting. Celebrate your evening in one of three casually elegant dining rooms - or al fresco. The restaurant features an extensive wine list and full bar.
Restaurant parking is available at the Caribbean Court Boutique Hotel's Jasmine Lane entrance, a half-block west of South Ocean Drive.

I was visiting family staying at the Caribbean Court Boutique hotel when I first dined at the Maison Martinique. Since the hotel was such a good experience, I decided to take a chance and try the restaurant on the premises (Maison Martinique.)This restaurant has so much to offer; Not only some of the best food I've had in years, but it was beautiful in all accounts, just like the hotel. I am so impressed by the Caribbean Court, Maison Martinique, and I haven't even gotten around to the piano bar upstairs from the restaurant!! The upstairs bar is called Havana nights, and offers a similarly chic atmosphere and great live music. I wish there was something like this in my neighborhood back home. The experience is a must for my next Vero Beach visit.

Without doubt the finest dining experience I have had in Vero Beach. Maison Martinique is tucked away behind a lushly landscaped courtyard overlooking the pool of the Caribbean Court Hotel. Soft music and lighting perfectly accent the elegant island décor found in both areas of the restaurant, the more intimate Shell Room and larger, grand ceiling Bamboo Room, where our party dined. I selected the fresh Pompano, served by a professional staff who were attentive but never intrusive, while others in the group enjoyed shrimp curry, salmon and the popular favorite, ‘Grouper for Two’. Each meal was expertly prepared entirely from fresh ingredients, without pretense or affect and served at the perfect temperature. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wishes to entertain out of town guests, important clients, or that special someone in their lives. Greg, the manager, informs me that while reservations are recommended they are not required, and the restaurant is open Tuesday through Saturday.
