The food was good, but the owner uses false advertising approaches and is misleading. We purchased a certificate from Restaurant.com to use at Luce and used it when we placed our order. It was not until after we'd been served our first course that we were told that they would not honor the certificate. We'd paid for the certificate in order to receive $25 off the meal price. The embarrased hostess told us about the owner not being even willing to come speak to us in person.
They contracted with Restaurant.com and fail to follow through with their end of the advertising - to provide discounted services to Restaurant.com users. If they would have told us before we ordered, it would have been polite - yet they waited until we already had food before telling us that we'd be paying full price. We would not have gone that day if we would have been paying full price.
I would avoid all business dealings with this company, and certainly with this owner.
They contracted with Restaurant.com and fail to follow through with their end of the advertising - to provide discounted services to Restaurant.com users. If they would have told us before we ordered, it would have been polite - yet they waited until we already had food before telling us that we'd be paying full price. its my favourite italian restaraunt. it is so beautiful on the inside and outside. the food is amazing. great wine list. im having my wedding there and i cant wait for my guests to enjoy it as well
