The empanadas were juicy and flavorful with a tender crust and delicious sauce. The Peruvian corn is similar to hominy and they also serve a sort of unsalted corn nuts as a side dish. The macaroni and cheese was unusual and tasty with marcapone cheese and truffle oil. The ceviche was delicious - shrimp cooked perfectly. Fried yucca was crisp on the outside and soft and earthy flavored inside. The chicken was moist and had distinctive herbs but so good. The lamb shank was the best we've had.
