Four of us enjoyed a wonderful dinner on the outdoor patio this week. the food was great, prices moderate ($15-$20) and the service was excellent. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant evening. I had the Kabob dinner ($20) and the meat was as tender as filet mignon, served with salad, veggies and mushrooms.

Today was my first visit to this new restaurant and I definitely will be back. The food was very good and the portions are generous. It is a bit pricey but the food was great, the portions were large and I left very satisfied. Desserts were out of this world!!!! A very good deal in my opinion! The atmosphere is very casual dispite the upscale decor. Can't wait to bring my lunch buddies here.

The Service was slow, the food was plain, the menu is pricey. The menu doesn't allow you to substitute anything, so most of the time your looking a bunch of items that you don't have any interest in eating. They trick you with the way the menu is setup, for example. A sandwich with hummus, fries and a drink is gonna cost you around $20. The sides are over priced also. Like i said there isn't anything that taste to special on the menu. Maybe the Schwarma, if you wanna be conservative.

I also attended the grand opening at Le Chef Restaurant and we had a great time. The guy under me seems to be a little jealous because all the hor d'oeuvres that were passed out during the grand opening were just a simple taste of what they offer for catering. Obviously he didn't stay for the dinner afterwards because it was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. The food was amazing and a real taste to what Lebanese food is. No restaurant compares in the Detroit metro area and if anyone wants to try a good CLEAN AND HEALTHY place should go to this restaurant. I recommend that the guy below me comes back to the restaurant and actually gives it a try rather then not trying it at all and posting nonsense. I also had the chance to meet the Chef and had a talk with them, they told me that their experience for the restaurant is 35 years. I never had such food, the garlic is beyond amazing i also love eating it with the pita bread.
5 STARRRRRRRSSS ALL THE WAY TO THIS RESTAURANT.

Last night I attended the Grand Opening at "Le Chef". They served standard Lebanese appetizers, none of which tasted as good as a typical appetizer from Costco. I love Lebanese food (when it's good), but ironically, the biggest hit of the evening for everyone was their pizza-like appetizer (it was the only item that wasn't pretty much tasteless). This restaurant is being taunted as the "Cadillac" of Lebanese cuisine, and given the pricey menu, patrons deserve much, much better. Your dollar is better spent elsewhere (probably even a cheap burger joint). After leaving this place, you'll most assuredly be shaking your head at what you've just done.
