Dining at the Laughing Seed is always a highlight of my visits to Asheville. Their smoothies are perfect, their salads have great fresh veggies in them and wonderful, from-scratch dressings. My favorite entree is the harmony bowl, a nice, soothing macrobiotic layered combo of brown rice, beans, and assorted steamed veggies. Very restorative.
The restaurant itself is clean, bright and open.
I wish there were a comparable eating establishment in the metro Atlanta area!
