Restaurant Description

La Cuisine is a family restaurant located in the heart of Syracuse's "Little Italy". It is owned and operated by Chef Mike Ghabarou and offers specialties from around the Mediterranean. Steaks, chicken, seafood and pasta dishes are offered with authentic Italian, Greek, French and Moroccan flair. Chef Ghabarou has over 30 years experience in culinary arts and is well known in the Syracuse area for his emphasis on healthy and fresh made-to-order meals, as well as his authentic recipes. Fresh is the only way Chef Ghabarou will prepare and serve his food. Every day, he bakes his own pastries, makes fresh soups, selects and cuts choice meats to be served that day, cooks his deli meats, and selects only the finest and freshest vegetables and ingredients to be used in his renown recipes. He personally prepares or supervises the preparation of all meals served at La Cuisine to insure they're done right... just the way you want. Fresh ingredients, large servings, outstanding taste and low prices.. that's what makes La Cuisine a cut above the rest!
