You have not experienced some of the areas best sushi until you have eaten at Kaiku. I am hesitant as I type this, because it is often hard to get a seat at this top-notch sushi spot. We moved from Safety Harbor to St. Petersburg, and still make the drive as often as possible, because we have found no comparable sushi. Not sure what Charlie does to the salmon (although he swears it's just the fish), that makes it taste so incredible. The Spicy Conch Roll is incredible. The Red Snapper appetizer, the squid salad, the Scott Roll, the Ha Ha Roll, we have so many favorites, we make gluttons of ourselves when we go, and no matter how often we get there, it's not often enough. The setting is simple, not pretentious at all, in fact, they could probably do something more with the atmosphere, but I'd just as soon they don't and keep the focus on the great food, and not eliminate any tables, as it always has a crowd. You will thank me once you try it - because you'll be back time and time again! Charlie and his staff and friendly, fun, and very accommodating! ENJOY!!!!!

Very nice resturant! They prepare your dinner right at your table by their chef. Best to make reservations, they're really busy. However at this time they don't offer sushi.
