October of 1994, we moved our family from Albuquerque, New Mexico to Denver and opened a small family business known as "The Chile Shop". Jack II and Diego our sons, Desiree our daughter, all sacrificed the big move to this fine town. To supplement our income we started catering at some of the local car dealerships. We then started to cook outside on a propane griddle on the weekends.

Our customers demanded we open a restaurant. So, March of 2000 we opened the doors to "Jack-n-Grill".

Jack-n-Grill is proud to announce the opening of our third family operated restaurant. In the Westminster City Center, 9310 Sheridan Blvd., Westminster CO.
