Food was good. Very crowded. Service was good with one major exception. My credit card was swiped to pay for my lunch, and two other random patrons. When I called to inquire, I was told that the pending charges would drop and for me not to worry. Meanwhile my availabe balance is down by $120 until it does. Then I asked for a manager to call me back and got no call back. Very disappointing.

Good healthy fare, and fairly quick. Great for a quick dinner - lunches are crowded but quick. Brunch is just so so.

The pity is Ruggle's is CLOSED and no one seems to know when it will re-open, or IF it will re-open following damage from the recent hurricane.
There is no sign of reconstruction, no lights, and no sign indicating it's resurrection
