At Horseradish Grill, we embrace the philosophy that there is immediacy to good food and cooking. There is value in understanding the connection between a region, its history and its people, the seasons and natural rhythm of life, and the benefits other than nutritional, to be reaped in the celebration of breaking bread.

That "what grows together goes together," is an elemental concept for us. To try to understand this, we maintain an organic garden planted with heirloom varieties of Southern fruits and vegetables behind the restaurant. We take trips to local markets and farms to meet and get to know the individuals who produce our food. Because the purity and integrity of our is of the highest priority, we use organically grown fruits and vegetables whenever we can. All of the food at Horseradish Grill is made here in the restaurant from scratch, including our ice creams

For us, this style of cooking and presenting food is simple. Using his pursuit of pure flavor and good taste, simplicity and refinement, herbs and spices are used sparingly and only to enhance taste.
