This restaurant used to be my favorite Chinese in Carrollton. While it is still the best here it is a LONG way from what it used to be. Only a few years ago they offered a more AUTHENTIC Chinese expierence. While I am not a big buffett fan, theirs used to be well stocked with a variety of dishes. Now the past two times I have been almost all of the pans were empty. What little was there was very dried out and crusty. I left on both occasions. Most of the food at the begining of dinner time is leftover from lunch. This is why their business is declining so fast aside from the economy. I will began looking for a new Asain resturant at this point. The owner Mae used to run a first class place. It is sad to see it in todays condition

Althought the food was very tasteful, the service was just terrible and I would not recommend going to this restaurant. The manager has a nasty attitude like he does not want to be at his job. I would just have to rate this restaurant 2 stars overall.

One of the worst Chinese restaurant i ever visited. The food was not that nice and the service was very awful. The manger couldn't be polite and that just put me off.
