Restaurant Description

Hell's Kitchen is a wonderful addition to the Downtown Minneapolis restaurant scene.
'Damn Good Food' is the motto and that it is. This is food with attitude that makes even the pickiest diner craving more. I've never been disappointed with anything I've tried. My favorites include the Walleye Hash and the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. Crowds are flocking in for the Sunday Brunch served with a side of Gospel Music, guests are treated to the Blues the rest of the week. Other menu favorites include the Cyn-Ful Breakfast, which promises to be 'the most decadent breakfast around' and the Scrambled Eggs with Lobster, which are the best I've ever had.
Lunch is also served. I recommend the Crab Cakes and the Chicken Stir Fry. It's not the cheapest food in town, but it is worth every cent.

We had breakfast at Hell's again this weekend. This was my family's first time in the new locations (one block north). Wow!!! everything was to the 9's as usual. The new space will now make this find unstopable. We ate at the Keys the day before and I can tell you they don't hold a candle. They have good food but Hell's leaves them in the dust. Fantastic place. They have now added to the menu and we look forward to diners and evening life as well as checking out their place in Duluth in Canal Park. I must go now to book a trip to Duluth.

Classic ingredients done to perfection. It's amazing how the imagination and execution of the kitchen can make all the difference.
Service was refreshing. Nothing felt forced. Truly a unique experience. Worth the wait and any amount of money.

I ate lunch at Hell's Kitchen on June 24, 2008, and perhaps the name alone should have kept me away. I ordered the Porridge and the Huevos Rancheros. Half way through the Rancheros I felt something sharp in my mouth. What did I discover? A STAPLE in my food. A staple, can you believe it, bent and twisted, one swallow from heading down my throat. Management couldn't explain it and offered me a gift card for a return visit. Needless to say, I declined the offer and will NEVER return.
