I had a great meal and a great education on Mozzarella at Gulino's. The owner explained to me the process of making Mozzarella, which they make everyday. We could see someone making Mozzarella in the back. The owner brought us a sample of the fresh mozzarella, hot out of the water. DELICIOUS. I would recommend the Margherita or Bianca pizzas. Unfortunately, those pizzas can't be served as slices because they don't sit well. The Margherita had Fresh Mozzarella, Fresh Basil leaves, Extra virgin olive oil, and freshly grated Parmigiano. Un-believable. The other pie that my party ordered was the Pizza Bianca. The pizza is layered with a silky white, homemade, ricotta sauce. It is then lightly covered with Mozzarella cheese, and then a layer of Caramelized onions. Delisioso. We had a Caprese salad before the meal, as an appetizer, that I would definitely recomend. It was slices of Fresh Tomato between slices of fresh Mozzarella. They then drizzle their Balsamic glaze over it and add basil leaves.

I had take out and have never dined in. But after ordering chicken marsala and eggplant parm, we will never go back. Each meal sat on a few pounds of spagetti, and both lacked any flavor. The eggplant was heavily breaded and didn't even have much s ...
