I too, was very upset with the service provided at your Johnson City, New York location. The manager was very rude and unprofessional with my table. This was after an incident we had with the waitress, who then refused to serve us after we asked why our food was taking so long to be delivered. The service was horrible, and the manager was unfriendly and rude.

well i guess nothing is or will be done reguarding the incident in your J.C. new york store. i just cannot believe that you employ managers with such ill reguard for the customer. he was unprofessional and ill tempered. argumenative and rude. not one thing has been done to rectify this situation. we are outraged.

Have stopped at the Worthington, MM restaurant many times before. Other times were OK, today was horrible and no one cared! Soup was canned and salty not homemade as waitress suggested and it was only luke warm. Had to be sent back. Chicken and penne florentine sauce was a watery, white cream sauce without the parmesan cheese!Reordered the cod meal and it was cooked on only one side. The other side was still wet.Dirty tables while waitresses stood around chatting.Called later that evening and the manager was too busy to talk to me. Guess that's possible. Overall thoughts: McDonald's might have been a better choice.
