Knightville Restaurant Guide

An old family friend who has eaten here for years insisted on treating me, that is why I can't rate the value. Started the meal with the crispy potato pancakes, they were excellent. Then had the cabbage roll dinner, came with two cabbage rolls, a big serving of mashed potatoes and spatzle and a bowl of salads. Everything was delicious, the mash potatoes very light and flavourful. The mocha torte was light and tasty as well, lots of good, fresh coffee. Everything served hot, the waitress was very attentive and helpful.

Fantastic. My husband is an accomplished chef and we both enjoyed our experience immensely. We will definitely be going back.

My friends and I (10 of us) have been going to this beautiful restaurant for several years after attending a day at the Cornhill Nursery. We all try different items and no one has every been unhappy with their meals. Friendly and beautiful scenery. We go back every year for this wonderful experience to end our perfect day!

We found this German Restaurant located in a pleasant spot in a lovely valley between Petitcodiac and Sussex, open Friday to Sunday (they can accommodate large groups during the week by appointment). Great spot for a leisurely meal - friendly staff. They have anything from great soups, German sausages, cold meats to Schnitzel, veal, beef, Goulash, etc. Good food takes time to prepare so enjoy the experience and the scenery. If you like desserts you will enjoy their Black Forest and Mocha cakes as well as other desserts. They raise their own animals so there are no known additives. You certainly don't leave there hungry! Their Butcher shop, open on Fridays, is where you can buy their sausages and other meat.

Allow time to enjoy the experience as the German food is individually prepared. Very friendly atmosphere, generous servings, nice to have natural foods, pleasant surroundings. They have good homemade soups, entrees, delicious desserts. Their homemade sausages are served with two of the following: german style potato salad, sauerkraut, red cabbage. They also serve a nice cold plate of coldcuts with a variety of salads. All food is presented well. They also have a nice selection of entrees, wines, etc.
