We waited forever for someone to actually come over to us, then when they did our order was wrong and the food was not very good. i used my credit card to charge the bill, my receipt said they charged me $36 but when i got home and looked on my bank account, they charged me $47! This place is a rip off big time.

Haven't had a good experience @ frans lately. Seems like the food is being left out too long and nobody cares to clean the bathrooms. Heard many complaints about over charging too. I think the bartender overcharges the 50-somethings in order to give drinks to their friends. CHECK YOUR CHECK before AND you credit card after eating there.

dude, the guy who wrote the comment that is posted on the front page is an idiot!!
the food at frans pub is outstanding,

Not only was the service at this restaurant awful, the food was poor, and wrong. Numerous times during our meal I had wanted to get up to go complain, my children did not want me to make a scene. On top of it all, my debit card was over charged $33, when I checked my bank statement online this morning it was 100, when the bill that I have in front of me says $77.21. I will be calling the manager today.

I love this place. They have a really good food, they have full bar, and the service is really good. You have to try this place, Is in New Hope P,A, and the prices are not expensive at all! Its worth it to come here. Just one thing on a busy day you have to be patience but it will be worth it.
