I was in recently and I thought I could smell cigarette smoke. Isnt that illegal now?

I found it to be very loud. the owner or manager was very disrupting. He was just plain loud and intoxicated.

I had to leave tonight. The singer was a frank sinatra wanna be and I just could not deal with him. Needs a younger crowd
