Delaware Restaurant Guide

A true American diner. We stopped at lunchtime. I got breakfast and my husband got lunch. Incredible! Best milkshakes ever best breakfast and lunch ever! The chili was superb. The hashbrowns with cheese are better than you can imagine. Everything we ordered was so good, we had to stop ourselves from saying "yum" after every bite!

They most have a new manager because the place is clean and friendly. I had the black bean chili and am happy to say it was the best i have ever had. My friend had a burger and milkshake. The only place i have seen that still make the milkshake on a real milkshake maker...GREAT

I went to this Diner 4 years ago when it first opened and it was awful, I decided to give it another chance today and it was worse. We ordered the open face turkey sandwich. The turkey was a piece of deli meat, the mashed potatoes were not mashed, the gravy was thin and had skin on top from being left out so long. The salad was out of a bag and had a huge piece in it. We will never go back, ever.

I found this diner to be very dirty. The cooks do not wear hairnets or gloves. The cook on duty while we were there ran his fingers in his hair, rubbed his nose and mouth and continued to cook. I stay long enough to get my food so see how it was handled. I found hair on my plate and the food was under cooked. I will not return.
