Not sure how they can call this place a "restaurant" as it is more of diner/cafe/luncheonette. Food is okay and they offer many options. My one complaint is the noise level when it is full at lunchtime. It is almost deafening. One man sitting next to us had earplugs in! I would and still do go there once in a while, but in Bergen County there are TOO many other choices to get a great lunch.

This place is amazing! A great and much higher quality option to the Coach House Diner that serves old, crappy food with terrible service and high prices! Fairmount Eats is relatively cheap and the sandwiches and wraps are UNBELIEVABLY GOOD!I go there 3 times a week and get delivery too.

The only thing better than the Guiness was the friendly service. I like to grab a few pints and a bite at the bar with friends...highly recommend the joint for a casual, kick-back and have some fun kinda place.

It's so funny to me to be reviewing a Burger King on things like "Ambiance" but I just wanted to mention this place is a service mess. Wrong orders all the time and really really slow at the drive through. There. I've grumped enough.

Harley's is a great place for good inexpensive food with a nice pint of beer. We love the staff and are always treated like family. I would highly recommend the onion soup, wing dings and bar pizza! never had anything we didnt like!

great food friendly service family friendly atmosphere and an authentic irish pub setting
American, Burger, Fast Food
A great place to chill out, have some above-average pub food, and enjoy a properly poured Guinness. Attentive and friendly wait staff and bartenders treat you like friends & family. Authentic Irish.

This place is fine. I have ordered here many times, and never had a problem. The food is "ok" in that if you have ever eaten at a diner, you would not complain.

I really dont think the people who wrote these reviews ate at this dump. Food was ordered and it came out an hour later. We complained and the owner who by the way doesnt speak good english was very rude to me and my three kids. My son on the way to the bathroom saw a rat (probably from the train tracks across the street !!!!!!!!!!) ran back to me and asked me to please leave which we did. The prices are low for the food they are suppose to give you and not for what they actually serve you.
PS> the owner Mick is a flert .Was hiting on some girl dressed in a bussiness suit.(not appropriate)

i would never order from here again... based on lack of principle and unwillingness to cater to customers... good customers i might add.

normally i do not do this but was completely appalled by the service that i received today by them. we used to be avid customers of its original owner when it was the fairmount diner and miss the family operated cordial service that this diner once had before it transferred to its uncommunicable, rude, owners and over priced simple foods this diner now offers.

i ordered breakfast ($30 with 5.00 tip) as i always do almost every wknd that my husband and i fail to wake up on time... not to mention the several nights that we order a full coursed dinner averaging cost of $50-60+

we had a problem where my order was for three eggs and i only received two... simple problem you think? apparently when i called to notify them... not asking them to redeliver this as our food was all tumbled to the side of the plate anyways.. but to make them aware, assuming they would compensate on our next order... instead i was rudely told that there WERE three eggs!! im staring down at my plate and clearly there are only two... so i move them around and re-explain that no, there are two.. let me remind you that it is another $2.00 for this extra egg that i didnt receive..

*OH WAIT... i just looked on my bill to confirm the price and see there is another issue i have yet to mention to them... they charged us $8.05 for pancakes with bacon and the menu states it should only be an additional $1.25 but charged me $3.00 NICE! idiots!

anyways i did not want to argue with the owner's wife who answered the phone determined to tell me what was in my plate after clearly seeing it was not... i called back and spoke to her husband, the other owner who usually takes my order... instead of apologizing for the lopsided food, or for the mistake to they made on my order, he says, maybe i cant see them cause the food is to the side... at this point i am annoyed and tell them, i dont care where the food is tilted to or what side the sun is facing, i can only count TWO YOLKS!! at that point i reminded him of how much we order on a weekly basis, the cost that we give to them, and he still was rude and arguing with me. at that point i made it clear that they lost our business and we will not return! obviously they feel they do not need to compensate for any of there errors nor do they hold the customer service that all food places should have. they wont last in business lol

i then spoke to a couple friends that used to order from them and they too have had similar problems whereas do not order from there either. the fact that this place is over priced cuisine for simple diner food assures that i am making the right decision along with everyone else.

do not make the same mistakes that i have made, and although it seems quick and easy to get breakfast, eggs with a slice of ham and a small piece of avocado on the side (dish is 10.95) it is not worth the improper business handling that they have... out right rude.

i can name a few that serve breakfast and delivery for a fraction of the cost, Hillmans luncionette in Maywood who also has NY slices of pizza (really good) or make a trip to the arena and bring it home lol better yet there is a corner deli on anderson ave in hackensack that gives you like extra cheese two three eggs on a sandwich with bacon for like $2.50 and they are GOOD!! just dont deliver. GOOD LUCK just not with fairmount eats!!!!!"

I live nearby the restaurant. The people that work there are so friendly and especially the owners. The food is always cooked to perfection! Also, they will do anything you request to any of their dishes. The prices are so reasonable and this place is the only place that delivers and that means breakfast too!!! Totally reccomend this place or at least try it once! - You will love it.

I love this place. The people are friendly and the food is great! You have to at least try it. You won't go anywhere else. I call this place my hidden gem since a lot of people don't even know where it is.
