I have recently moved to Kernersville and live very close to this restaurant. I eat there very often and have now chosen to pick up my food most of the time. The first few times my boyfriend and I ate there the service was great and the food was always good but lately the service seems to get worse every time we go there, so that's why I pick up orders now. I have come across the non-helpful waitress when I've picked up orders a few times. They greet you when you come into the bar then disappear into the kitchen knowing I have a pick up order and I end up waiting. I get ignored like I'm not there. I have eaten at 2 other East Coast Wing restaurants and their food & service was always spectacular. This restaurant's sauces for their wings tastes different sometimes compared to the other 2 restaurants. I know the sauce flavor may vary but I'm getting a big difference sometimes. I don't know what has happened to this one :(

The Kernersville Resturant was the best place in town to eat. The food is still great but the service has gone down the tubes. I have given the resturant three, one more chances, and yesterday was the worst. Empty tables and no one waiting but us, took 10 minutes to get a table, then 10 minutes for a waitress and after 25 minutes waiting for the food ( a salad ) I ask for a to go box. All of this and they were not full, 12:45 arrive after rush.

Absolutely, Handsdown, THE WORST place in Kernersville to eat! Will Never go back! Food was fair at best. Service was non-existent, and when I complained it was like I had no clue what service was about.

Olympic is a fine restaurant. The entire staff are very friendly. The service is excellent. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is pretty good.

The take out system is poor to say the least. We have been getting take out almost every Fri. night since you opened. Our order is more often wrong than right. Maybe you need more help at the register. The girls go a good job there but they are only as good as the kitchen. For example, tonight we ordered 2 extra breads and there were no extra breads. The girl repeated to me what I ordered and assured me that was what was in the bag. but you knot up the bags so tight that it is impossible to open them to check, so we got home with the wrong thing.Also we ordered extra crispy and they were very large wings and were not as done as they should have been, but were definitely not extra crispy. Perhaps you cook your wings the same amount of time no matter what size they are. I am not concerned about the cost, but I am concerned about losing our Friday night tradition...

This new restaurant was recommended to me by a colleague. My family and I were very pleased with what we found. They have excellent wings, and super friendly and attentive service. In addition, all my kids loved their meals. In a nutshell, this restaurant has something for the entire family to enjoy. We will definitely be back and I'm gonna have to try the lemon-lime spiced wings that I had wanted to try.
