While Randall is making sure that your dining experience is memorable, Judy Eagleson, the consummate better half, can be found doing what she does best in the front of the restaurant: lighting up the room with her sparkling, infectious personality. Having learned early in life how to multi-task (how could you not when you are one of six children?), Judy can simultaneously prepare a table for seating, assess which waitperson is drowning, and make you feel like you are the only person in the room. Judy's own Cajun roots (her maiden name is Gauthier) along with her education in nutrition, make her a natural to partner with her husband, a veteran restaurateur.

Whether you are dining alone or one of a large, hungry party, you will leave feeling nourished in both body and soul. Come for the food, but stay for the dining experience. Randall, Judy and staff will make you glad that you did.
