Richford Restaurant Guide

THE CROSSING use to be my favorite restraurant for special occasions. The Prime Rib couldn't be beat, until now. I went there 2 hours ago and was very disappointed. The Prime rib was tough and not the same flavor as last year.I will not recommend this place to anyone again. Too bad. I wrote a good review before going there but, now it isn't as good since goig there. What happened since last year?

I have eaten at The Crossing on many occasions, and have never had a bad Prime Rib. Always Great! The staff is always friendly.

I stopped at this restaurant to eat and had a very bad experience. We had 4 adults and 4 children. We waited 30 minutes for the waitress to take our orders. We waited another 30 minutes for our order to arrive. When it did my prime rib was cold in the middle-my wifes steak was barely warm and the other couple said theirs was tough and not cooked the way they ordered it. I spoke to the owner and thought he was rude. He informed me that large orders frequently take a long time to prepare and that our time was average. (they were not busy at the time) He did offer to take my prime rib back and cook it some more-but that was it. There were 4 adults(all having steak of some sort) and 4 children (all having childrens meals) in our party
