The restuarant is family owned and the quality of food and the cleeness of the restuarant is exceptional. The owner takes great pride in preparing every meal himself. Short order cooks are only used for grill. But as well, the owner Jim makes sure to only hire people that give specail attention to providing exceptional dishes. Plus you get lots of food for your price.
