it was like a cave. the management is rude and there is dust everywhere. maybe if you like those sort of things you would enjoy eating there.
This place doesn't have the BEST Prime Rib however it surely ties first place with Huston's restaurant in Pompano Beach. The smoked prime rib here isn't over powering. Just the right amount of Smokey flavor. Our server Chris was friendly. The raspberry vinaigrette was delicious and the baked potato has to be one of the tastiest ever.
I hope this place NEVER catches on with the tourist so we locals can have a place to call our own. We will definitely be making return trips to Colorado's to sample more of the menu.

The best Prime rib in 48 States, I eat all over the country and this place is by far in the top 3 steak houses i have found in the country

Definitely the BEST steakhouse I've EVER visited! The smoked ribs are the best anywhere - you'll not find a better prime rib, either. This place is the BEST KEPT SECRET for the Orlando tourists! Dibe here , you won't be sorry!

COLORADO'S PRIME STEAK IS AN EXCELLENT RESTAURANT WITH WONDERFUL WAITER & WAITRESS STAFF. THE FOOD IS ALWAYS FRESH AND HAS GREAT TASTE.
