I am from Montana. I get down to the Long Beach area once in a while. Of all the places to eat I have been to in my entire life, there is absolutely, positively no other place on the face of this earth that is better to eat at, visit with and socialize then Chuck's. I wish there were so many other places around the country side that is this good, this pleasant with great food that one could stop at. But there is not. Even if I am in Bakersfield, Lancaster, Riverside or Carlsbad, I will buzz up to Chucks to have a great meal and feel at home!! And, Chuck is a very nice gentleman and their workers are very pleasant to be around. Dusty.
great place to eat i stumbled upon just driving down the coast from my new [april 07] downtown long beach home one weekend.. great food & friendly wait staff & just a 2 minute walk from the Belmont Veteran Pier west, & likewise 2 minutes [or less!] from the beaches eastwards! they're only open for breakfast & lunch so get down there & N'JOY! ;]]

I am from Montana. I get down to the Long Beach area once in a while. Of all the places to eat I have been to in my entire life, there is absolutely, positively no other place on the face of this earth that is better to eat at, visit with and socialize then Chuck's. I wish there were so many other places around the country side that is this good, this pleasant with great food that one could stop at. But there is not. Even if I am in Bakersfield, Lancaster, Riverside or Carlsbad, I will buzz up to Chucks to have a great meal and feel at home!! And, Chuck is a very nice gentleman and their workers are very pleasant to be around. Dusty.
