Shari, her husband Pete and their son Daniel... the waitresses, waiters and especially the FOOD make the place a MUST if you visit or live in Hamilton,OH. Once you've had their delicious meals, you will not be satisfied anywhere else! I am partial to the 'Happy Family' dish from their happy family! Love you guys!

We've eaten at Chinese Lantern many times since moving back to this area 10 years ago. Two of their most popular appetizers are their Chinese Vegetable Soup (packed with fresh, crisp veggies in a light, delicious broth) and their Spring Rolls (crisp, yet not greasy). All of the entree portions are generous, so it's easy to share with others. Vegetarians/vegans will also find plenty of suitable menu choices. The wait staff is always conscientious and the cozy ambiance makes it a good choice for a date night.

This place has been in business as long as I can remember (and I am not in my 30's anymore). The food is always excellent and the service is great. The meals are so plentiful, they can be shared. I can't find Hong Kong chicken like this anywhere else.

Ah, you don't know a treasure like this until you move away! I still crave the Hong Kong Chicken (gravy on the side! LOL) and visit the Chinese Lantern every chance I get when we're in town. Excellent service, prices and food!

Best Egg Rolls in Cincinnati. All the meal are great and lunch specials are perfect portions. I only wished they opened for lunch on Saturday's.

this is the best chinese resterant in the area. food always consistant and excellant. there is something to be said about perfectly prepared cooked to order over a buffet, get what you want hot, fresh, and wonderful for about the same price. also very authentic

The Chinese Lantern is a wonderful place for lunch or dinner. You feel as if you're a guest in someones home. The new waiter David Blankenship does an exceptional job and he's cute too.

With all the chinese buffets around, it is nice to have a fresh Chinese meal served at your table. I have tried several different dinners and they all are wonderful. I especially like the Won Ton Soup. The Chinese Lantern is a Hamilton hidden treasure.

We have to drive 18 miles for the experience, but everything on the menu is fantastic. The home made noodle soup is tops! Sherry (the owner) is lots of fun!

I would highly reccomend the Chinese Lantern to anyone. The food is always good, the prices are extremely reasonable and the service is excellent. Every time I leave the Chinese Lantern, I look forward to coming back.
