Friends and I were really disappointed with our experience at Chez Zee tonight. Even before we ordered our drinks, we ordered an appetizer. When our main course arrived we asked why our appetizer had never been served. They never apologized for the oversight, and then brought it out. It was supposed to be hot, but was serviced cold. We asked for to be taken away explaining it was not only late, but cold, again no apology. Bad service can really ruin a dinner, and it seems they don't care.

The food was wonderful. Expensive, but worth it. However, our waiter was arrogant, snide, and inattentive. He ruined what should have been a delightful evening. We didn't complain to management, but should have.
