My husband and I ate here on Wednesday, November 18 for the first time in many years - since the restaurant closed and it catered to just parties and weddings. It was great to know that Pat was in the kitchen and Michael (our server) was very attentive. Food was delicious, actually better than I remembered. Pat's Salad is the the best - made tableside....I plan on taking my family there soon.

The owner is rude. He thinks he is doing you the favor. He needs to understand to be courteous to his patrons.

They ripped my mother off (who happens to be a senior citizen). We were supposed to have 38 adult meals (2 people did not show up). We had 36 adults present and my mother still had to pay for an extra meal. They insisted they brought out 38 meals but there were no extra meals (they basically called us liars and said someone had to eat them (even though one of our family members saw them take some meals away). They were rushing so much they didn't know what they were serving or not serving. They never refunded any money, even though my mother took up a list of everyone who was there at each table - (my mother had to pay for an extra meal and for the 2 people who did not show up, my mother should have been given them meals to take home). They were very rude to us. Also, we were supposed to have the room for as long as we wanted. We were very rushed - you no sooner got done with something and they were right there taking it away and rushing into the next course. In the meantime, forget drinks - my husband asked for decaf coffee and my mother-in-law asked for tea during the salad course - they had to wait until the main entree to get their drinks. (they ate their salad, pasta course and started on their entree). It also took a long time to get your water refilled. Also, we were no sooner done our entree and 1 of the waiters went up and lit the candles on the cake without anyone knowing - we had to gather everyone together and because of all this, the guests felt they were being rushed out of there and left right after dessert. We really did not have time to talk to everyone, which was the purpose of having a separate room. The only pluses were the chicken parmesean was very good and the room looked very nice. You got roasted potatoes (which were really steak fries (3)) and a small amount of green beans. It was overpriced for what you got. I definitely would not recommend this to anyone. It's also supposed to be a restaurant - it was a Sunday afternoon at 4:00 - we left between 6:30 and 7:00 and there was so one in the restaurant the whole time we were there - what does that tell you? If you have something here, double check everything or you might be ripped off.

Also, I got a bill for $151 for drinks with no list of what I was paying for - they only gave me a total. I really don't know how it came to so much when people were waiting for a long time to get a drink.

I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE

I have been here for parties before and always enjoyed the food and atmosphere, but when I went to meet with Diane about my bridal shower, she was rude and ignorant!!! She did not care whether she had my business, as she made clear when I was leaving. The food is great the service is a joke!!! Will not be going there again.
