Terrible Service, Not Good for Coffee/Lattes:
We visited Chez Bazan twice. The first time, our visit was good. The coffee was ok and the service was good. Plus, all lattes and coffee drinks are served grande. We liked that. Their menu even has a sign saying they are all served grande. The second time we went in, they gave us our lattes in a 6 ounce fancy clear glass coffee glass. It was less than 1/2 the size of the grande latte we were expecting. Not only did they give us a drink that was VERY SMALL, they over charged us. When bringing up that they overcharged us, they refunded the amount they overcharged us. Of course, that is expected. Then, when I asked about the drinks and why they were so small, the lady told us that when drinks are ordered for there, they are made in the small coffee glasses and when they are made "to go", they are made in the grande size glasses. Either way you pay the same. Does that make any sense at all? Their menu even says they are made "grande"! Their menu does not say they are made in small 6 oz glasses when ordered to eat in! When I told her we were not expecting a 6 oz latte, she said "Next time, make sure you order it to go so you get the big one". Next time!!? Why couldn't she just offer us another small coffee to compensate for the fact that we got ripped off and obviously didn't get what we ordered and what the menu said would be served to us. After 5 minutes of talking about this with her, she said she would get my name and number and talk to the owner to see what they could do. Why couldn't she just make us another 6 oz latte to compensate for the extra small latte we got in the first place? Finally she offered another small latte and mentioned she might get in trouble for doing that for us. At that point, I was so frustrated that I politely declined and we left. It was a VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE.

Needless to say, next time we will take our business to Brady's where the coffee and service are both always great!
