Very disappointed. My enchiladas were cold and without flavor. Refried beans were also cold, stiff and flavorless. I will not return. Is it me or does the good review sounds like it was written by an employee?

to the wilbraham diner, we viewed your rating and decided to still try casa de nana. we tried to mirror your order to really compare ours to yours. we ordered the nacho plate, like you said, cheese and jalapenos, but it was only $5.00, what did you expect for only $5.00? they also offer a big nacho plate loaded with about 7 things for only $7.50, compare that to any chain restaurant and maybe you wouldn't complain. i got fajitas, i must say there was at least an ENTIRE chicken breast sliced atop onions peppers and tomatoes, i also received spanish rice, a house salad, 3 tortillas and 3 condiments, which is clearly stated in the menu description. cheese is an added option. it was fabulous. my son ordered the combo dinner, 3 items and 2 sides, and my husband got the blackened chicken burrito with 2 sides, we all loved each and we were overly full so as to have leftovers wrapped up. his beer was a pint of dos equis amber for only $3.50, and i ordered a cabo wabo margarita made w/ grand marnier, cabo is $48.00 per bottle, and the cost was only $8.50 , i have ordered this same drink at other places and it was over $11.00, so $8.50 is a bargain. if you ever go to a liquor store check out tequila prices, they're nothing to sneeze at. we also inquired about gratuity and it is only added to buy 1 get 1 free coupons or parties of 5 or more, so perhaps you received 1 of your meals for free? regardless, our meal was excellent and our service was great. our bill total was $51.68 including 5% tax, 3 adults, appetizers, 3 complete dinners,alcohol drinks and leftovers, this is a bargain ! we are very glad we did not let your review deter us from going there, and we plan to go again and again.

We dined in October celebrating a birthday. They gave us 1 bowl of complimentary chips and salsa (they charge for subsequent servings). The salsa was bland, nothing spectacular about the chips. We then ordered naachos as an appetizer. We received a small platter of chips with montery jack cheese melted on top with 5 jalepeno slices. We needed to ask for additional jalepenos and extra hot salsa to make it edible. My husband ordered a burrito speciality, which I should say he enjoyed. I ordered the chicken fahitas, or should I have called them onion fahitas. I had to search for the chicken, they must have used 3 whole onions. It was accompianed by a dollap of sour cream, gaucamole and salsa (no cheese). My daughter ordered the combo plate (taco, soft taco and enchilada), all very dissapointing. My husband and I ordered a beer with dinner and my daughter ordered a margarita, to our surprise it cost over $8.00. When we received the bill, the gratiuity was added on (for a party of 3?). This was not my first visist to this resturant, past visits were okay, nothing spectacular. I will not visit this dining establishment again.
