This was once a very good restaurant and my wife and I rather enjoyed dining there. In the past couple of years greed has sent it to the toilet. The last (and I mean final) time my wife and I dined there the bill was almost double from the time before and the portions were smaller. The entree that I ordered (BBQ Burrito) no longer comes with rice and corn cake (these items are extra and the additional cost is not a good value). I had a gift certificate (which I consider to be the same as cash) and asked to use a coupon with it, you would have thought I asked for blood. I was told you cannot use two discounts at the same time. Again, I consider a gift certificate the same as cash. A different time, we had another gift certificate that was given to us but had misplaced. The date of the certificate had passed by and I called to see if it could be possibly be used (the restaurant had already received their money). I was told rather matter-of-factly, it has expired and has no value - not even an offer of partial credit. What ever happened to "the customer is always right"? I will not EVER again patronize this restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone else.

Too much hype, has caused these people to forget they are there to serve a customer. When I did not get any sour cream, which I gad requested when order was placed, I asked for it after getting my plate. Hopwever I was informed it was an extra charge. Come on, really, an extra charge for sour cream. Soon it will cost extra for ice in your beverage.

Casa Baron is way overated. Their tacos barely have any mexican spice to them, and their beef fajitas were a joke--unless you really enjoy pot roast meat and gravy for your fajita meat.
The only reason to go there is if you like to drink their strong margaritas on the outdoor patio dining area. Stay away from the food.
