Caffe e vino is the rapturous of two self-effacing men who could make a killing teaching charm seminars. By the third spoonful of their joyously pleasing broccoli soup ,your bad mood doesn't stand a chance. In two snug rooms you'll discover luxury in rustic pastas with veal ragu in red-wine-and-tomato sauce , or salmon grilled with truffle oil. Anywhere else the main dining room would strike you as cramped. Caffe e Vino's mood is so welcoming, so inclusive, it's impossible to imagine. After spending a semester in Florence I need to find a replacement Tuscan restaurant. My dinner here was impeccable. The food was even better than anything I've had in Italy. I'd recommend getting whatever the special of the day is. We had the spinach souffle and it was amazing and rich .The staff is fantastic.
