Café Sbisa is one of the few authentic restaurants in the city of New Orleans that I frequent more than others. I have invited many of the elite and eclectic personalities from near and far to this dining place to experience what I consider to be one of the BEST! From the ambience of its environment and the welcoming of the servants to the delectable menu choices, I consider Café Sbisa to be #1 on my list.

Watch out for Dustin!! He's a waiter there who can sell freezers to Eskimos. He conned us into expensive appetizers...saying, "Try these...I prepared myself today"...as though they were samples of what we could order. Wrong! The food was very good...no problem there...but...be careful in what you get conned into ordering!
