Nice, small and almost hidden restaurant serving excellent po-boys and the best gumbo I've eaten in Dallas that I (a native of New Orleans)didn't make myself.

This is a wonderful neighborhood restaurant. Tucked into a strip center on Spring Valley, it's a little hard to find, but well worth the effort. Its Louisana menu is all well done, and the fried crawfish is consistently by far the best I have ever had anywhere, from Canal Street north to the Canadian border.
I have always had wonderful dishes and have been there many times.For the money it can`t be beat. I have worked in many restaurants and I think the service it great too.The Bread Pudding is awsome but never have room for it so take it to-go.
Perhaps its cause I'm from New Orleans, but overall the place was average in my opinion. Pretty good Shrimp Po-Boy, horrible boiled Crawfish (hardley any seasoning in the boil, rather they throw it on the crawfish before serving), a fine Bread Puddi

I live in Pittsburg KS. and don't get to Dallas very often but when I do My family and I eat here. Our food was good but our service could have been better. We will be back again some day and hope to recieve the same consistant food.
