Definetly the best restaurant on Saint Armands Circle, possibly the best in all of Sarasota. Atmosphere is charming especially the dining room with the brick arches and mirrors. The restaurant has banks of flowers housed in champagne buckets illuminated from underneath a faux layer of ice - very cool. Service is very smooth and knowledgeable . For appetizers I recommend the Crab Stuffed Piquillo Peppers and the best Escargot I have ever had. The chef serves it on open faced raviolis(?) with a fabulous camembert cheese sauce with roasted garlic. For the Main Course this is the best place for Duck in town. They roast it right and serve it with a delicious cherry cognac sauce. For fish try the Curry Painted Sea Bass, some might find it a little on the sweet side (they make it with a curry, honey glaze) but it is great!
