I know this is just a fast food restaurant but I have to say Kaitlyn is the bomb. I have never seen a more happy person and a person that seems to love it behind the register helping customers. I went there about 3 weeks ago for the first time and saw her and she talked me into about $10 worth of food. I went back and she remembered me and was so nice. then after waiting about 10 days we went back and she was just so friendly. They messed up my order so she got it taken care of and then personally delivered it out to me. While we were leaving another elderly man was about to have a heart attack and she was assisting him and calling 911 and took a positive leader role in getting him help. She is a very huge asset to your company. You need more Kaitlyn's in your company. The other people seem to not care. She is awesome.
