My husband and I visited the drive thru at the Burger King in Forest City, NC last week. The first window was not open, instead, they would have customers pull up and wait after receiving thier payment. When we made it to the second window to pay, we asked for a pack of barbcue sauce, ONE PACK, we were then told they would charge us .11 cents because we didn't order chicken. Talk about being nickle and dimed to death. When we declined, we were then unable to leave as the line of cars in front of us waiting on their food had blocked us in. The service here would be better run by third graders. This was such poor service that I won't be going back. Charging for a condiment is pathetic.
