This place has gone from bad to worse over the years! You can't get a smile out of the workers there... Horrible! Because they don't care about doing a good job, you end up with things always missing or just not what you ordered. Come in BK, let bump up the qualification if your employees or just continue to loose business!
Unable to fill a simple order of a Whopper and Fries. Fries were paid for and left out of the order. I called the manager and was advised to come back for a refund.I returned the next day for a refund on the Fries. Was told to come back after 10:00. I then drove home and looked up Burger King on the Internet and found a web site for complaints. I typed up my complaint and pressed send. The Burger King web site would not accept my complaint.Whats wrong with this picture. I'll tell you!!! I will have to spend five dollars in gas, plus the wear and tear on my vehicle, and 1 hour of my time in attempt to get a .99 cent refund. All of this because the server is not able to fill a simple order of a whopper and small Fry. What does a person have to do to get what you order????

Sometimes you don't appreciate an all around great restaurant like Outwest when you live near by. My wife and I really miss this place and wish you could eat there again but we have moved away.

On our way to South Carolina we went through the drive through of this Burger King. I know you cannot expect the best experience at a fast food chain, but we definetaly should get better than this. While we waited for our order, I was telling my son to help me do something, and the lady asked what kind of sauce we wanted. Apparently we did not hear her the first time, so she decided to get our attention, in a very rude manner. She first yelled her question, and after me telling her that there is no need to yell, she talks back as if she had a good reason to do what she did. Hopefully, we will not need to come back here again.
