Chris Roth is no stranger to the restaurant business. With a degree in hotel/restaurant management, experience with Steak and Ale, and a part-owner of a Schlotsky's franchise, he is the brainchild behind this new concept in Woodbridge. Chris felt it was time to take his idea to the next level, and since he is a life long local resident, decided on a prime location in Woodbridge. We asked him how he came up with the idea.
