Restaurant Description

WHERE IN THE WORLD IS THE BREWERY BAR I"? This is a question we are frequently asked. Brewery Bar I was established in 1954. Its roots were planted in the old Tivoli Brewery at 9th and Larimer, which is presently the home of the Auraria Campus. In 1974, due to redevelopment, Brewery Bar I picked up its pots and pans and moved to 150 Kalamath Street, where it became Brewery Bar II. Almost 30 years later, in March of 2003, Brewery Bar III was established to serve the South Denver/Lone Tree area. In November of 2006, Brewery Bar IV opened its doors at Arapahoe Road and Parker Road to serve the South Aurora area. It has been our pleasure to have proudly served Denver's finest Mexican food for over 50 years....and still counting!

We are honored to have such a loyal following and that you have chosen us for your dining enjoyment. We value your business and look forward to serving you at all 3 of our locations. So sit back, relax and enjoy your Brewery Bar experience. The Lundstrom FamilyDon't forget to ask about our catering services for your next event! This place definetely has the best green chile (and therefore the best food) of any of the Tex-Mex restaurants in that part of Denver. Way better than the Blue Bonnet, somewhat better than Bennies. The ambience is straightforward dive, which I like, and the service has always been friendly and prompt You get a large portion here, as well. I like sour cream and at the Bonnet, they bring out a tiny plastic container that is about 2 bites worth., Not so at Brewery, where you receive a nice portion. If I want dainty, I,ll go French, not Tex-Mex.

My husband and I were first time visitors to the Lonetree area and happened across the Brewery Bar III "Fine Mexican Dining" restaurant. Upon entering the late 70's decor dining facility, we knew we'd made a wrong choice. The margaritas were overpriced and for the first time in my life of dining in Mexican flavored restaurants, this was my first experience being served Tostitos brand chips - which, cost as additional $1.75 for any "second helpings". We ordered a "safe" item - Chicken Burritos, served cold after 5 minutes of placing our order. This was also a first for us - Burrito's served in soup (a liquid salsa); I also made the mistake of asking for a side of Guacamole to the tune of $3.75. After managing down three bites each, we asked for our check... twenty minutes later, we were ordering something around the corner. I'd strongly recommend you don't fall victim to the "Fine Mexican Dining"... I'm surprised this place is even in business!!!

Hard liquor drinks, not reasonably priced. So if you’re looking to get buzzed or drunk, your ass'd out. You’re better off with ordering tap beer all night long, you'll come out cheaper. You get 1/2 an ounce of Liquor for each 8 ounce drink (Watered ...

Very small intimate restaurant located in the lobby of The Inn at Cherry Creek. The food was exceptional. Excellently seasoned and prepared. The vegtables were perfectly cooked. Well worth a visit.
