the food, restaurantwere great, however, the set up of display are not. Upon entering the table area, there was a wide brick pillar right next to the table. when sitting down, I decided to move over one seat and went flying. There was a black coat rack next to tree and the pillar, right next the table. The table and chairs and floor are all black, making it impossible to see. My foot got caught under the foot of the rack and I fell. They have a brick half wall dividing the seating area. I caught myself on that, however I brushburned and severely hurt my elbow. The host asked if I was ok, and I said Am I bleeding. i had an instant headache and asore elbow. We then asked to speak to the mamager. He came right to the table. We explained what happened and recommened he remove the coat rack from the blind spot before someone is severely hurt. They offered a first aid kit if necessary but i declined not wanting to make abigger scene that I already had falling. This was our first time in the restaurant, and I was Quite surprised that I wasn't even given my dinner for free or even an offer of a dessert. This is very poor customer relations.P.S.This is the following day, my elbow is still swollen, despite the fact I came home and iced my elbow right away.

Excellent food, service & atmosphere but very inadequate waiting/bar area. Very good experience, once we were seated but did not enjoy the waiting facilities.

Best lasagna I've ever had. Very cozy and quaint. Wait staff can be hit or miss, but it's always a personal experience. Both times I've been there the chef/owner has visited and chatted us up. A good "serious date" spot.

What a delightful dining experience. Professional servers who really make the experience wonderful. The paella was fantastic. The caprese salad was fresh and wonderful. The presentation of the food was beautiful. The grouper was unbelievable.

Though I have not physically been to Big Mikes, the food that was catered into our office was wonderful. I plan on checking out their lunch menu and going there myself. The delivery person was probably the nicest I have ever seen. Totally recommend ...

Took mother and Aunt for birthday. Atmosphere was wonderful and the food was well worth the price. Will definitely return a second, maybe third time.

I have only one thing to say: Ravioli al forno! This was the highlight of my meal. It's an apetizer but next time I go it'll be my main course. Sadly, it's a tough act to follow, and my lasagna (which was good) didn't satisfy my inflated expectations.
