I did not enjoy the chopped beef, as it is very greasy and more shreeded than chopped. Used to be the barbecue here was drier and smoked more and simply had more flavor. It appears it has become one of those places that is just resting on its laurels. The seletction of condiments such as onions is very poor. Still like the potato salad, so guess next time I will just get a quart of it to go and skip the meat.

BarB-Q was excellent. I loved the softness of the briskett and it was very flavorfull. We enjoyed it very much.
Beans and potato salad taste very good as well and did had a different flavor than other places.
