Bob's was the most suculant steak that I my teeth have ever bitten into. I have been to all the good steak places around town, and none of them compare to Bob's. I look forward to becoming a regular at Bob's. If you get a chance, the filet is the way to go. It is so tender, you almost don't even need a knife to cut it. Of course the potatoes are also very pleasing to the taste buds.
