The credit card machine went down on Valentine's night and they held my party hostage for an hour without so much as a kind word or a cup of coffee. When the manager explained to us that card machine was still down, he was terribly rude and passive aggressive as if our time was less important than his. We ended up writing a check for the meal. The food itself was mediocre at best, it arrived cold and horribly oversalted. Very expensive and very rude. Small town restaurant disguised as gourmet, and with none of the small town advantages.

Their food is amazing, they cook it just the way they do back in china. The girls speak fast and and get straight to business and are very good at special orders. I recommended it above all other Chinese food in New Paltz.
