Jackson Restaurant Guide

I went to barnhill with my family and it was nasty!!! The floors where dirty and the bar was nasty...My husband and I was very dissapointed...

Barnhills resturant was one of the greatest place to eat a year or two ago. Me, and my family would come to Jackson to eat at Barnhills. Me,and my family decided to eat there on this week, and we were like what has happened to Barnhills. The fish was so hard, the pizza was awful, the salsibury steak was so tough. The service was overall great, but I know that when my out of town guest come to Jackson again SORRY to say that Barnhills will not be on our list of resturants to choose from. This resturant needs to step it up. Customers do not mind paying for good food if they are satisfied. I just hope no one ask me if it is a good place to eat...

I eat at Barnhills 6 to 8 times a month with may family service has always been great the food is good and my kids love the atmosphere there. We ate there March 7, 2009 I had seen a roach on the salad bar and I ask to speak to a manager. I have never met the manager that came to our table I was told he was new. I ask his name he said it was Phil but never said his last name. When we told him what was wrong he put down two meal tickets rudely on the table and didn't even apologize. When he walked away from the table he said I quote "Eat That Shit" I ask him for the number to his corporate office he refused to give it to me and said again I quote "I Don'T Have Time For This" and walked off". I have never been treated so badly in any restaurant as I have in your restaurant that evening by your manager Phil. As long as he is running your restaurant my family an I will no longer come in there and if I have to I will write a article on how I was treated in the Jackson Sun.
